Pros

Winn has a great senior management staff who is very much involved with the day to day operations. You work hard, but am rewarded handsomely for your success. Winn has a very large portfolio so you have the oppurtunity to move up quickly. Also, they have properties throughout the US so if you need to move for any reason there is a good chance that they will have a property in that city.

Cons

More properties in the suburbs than in the city.

Big company so you don’t have to worry about them not being Able to pay you.

Cons

Terrible company. Everyone only knows part of their job and yours. You’ll spend so much time learning crap as you find out it’s due! Very unorganized and a miracle they’ve been in business 50 years.
