      Get several holidays off, early close before holidays

      This company does not care at all about its employees. Everyone is overworked and under paid. The amount a stress that permeates through the office on a daily basis, its a wonder no one has lost it. The work is unfulfilling and management is incompetent and apathetic towards the employees. The accounting department is BY FAR the worst run department in the whole company. Avoid this company like the plaugue

      None I can think of.

      Cons

      Corporate office staff are snobs and stuck up. They think they're better than the rest of the employees at the sites who actually make things happen for the company. There's a lot of favoritism among who gets promoted and move up the ladder. No growth opportunity if you are a minority in the company. If you look at the majority of the managers, they are definitely not a minority unless you're in the Boston area, even though more qualified manager are apt to do the job, however, are overlooked.

      Pros

      Biggest pros include consistent development and training, genuinely happy coworkers, and the sense of collaboration and teamwork from both the corporate office and site level properties. Benefits are great, the time off is generous, and majority of every team is extremely willing to teach and help, as long as you are willing to learn.

      Cons

      The work is fast paced, and honestly not for the faint of heart. If you're ready to really work and put in the time and effort, you can easily manage the challenges that come with how quickly priorities can change. If you're looking for a job where you can take it slow and fly under the radar, this isn't the place for you. Luckily, everyone is in the same boat as you, so you're part of a team that's working just as hard as you.
