Pros

There are some great people at WInnCompanies and I find the Sr. Leadership to be very approachable, particularly the President of WinnResidential. The time off is generous and I think that the company does a good job of recognizing high-performing employees.

Cons

The company is better at dealing with emergencies than at being proactive and this can be a challenge.
