There is a sense of family @ Winn Companies, everyone is warm and welcoming.

Cons

There are too many people given direction to the site staff. There is a chain of command which should be followed.

Pros

Winn in is a high paced, high pressure employee that tries really hard. Sometimes they get it right, sometimes they get it wrong. Overall, as a company, I think they do try.

Cons

Unfortunately, they have some senior managers that still manage in terms of what I say is correct. You can try to convince me, but I'm pretty sure my way is the right way. That discourages trying.

Pros

Co-workers are more like family. Hours are good, early leave Fridays if your work is done. Get company events and merch :)

Cons

Workload not evenly divided because some may pretend not to know things in order to get by doing less. Communication and more staff meetings should be required.
