There are none, too many negatives

Interesting reading all the cons listed of working for Winrock. The rot set in the day Rodney Ferguson became CEO back in 2014. He brought on a lot of questionable senior staff and happily oversaw the departure of very capable talented people who had been with Winrock for many years. Winrock's "Golden Age" was definitely under Frank Tugwell, Winrock consistently hit its funding targets and very often surpassed them. I am surprised that Winrock is still functioning given its overreliance on USAID funding given that DOGE has hollowed out its funding. Perhaps it would be better if Winrock is taken off life support and be put out of its misery.

The pay is low for a nonprofit. Hard to get promotions. Policies that often change without clear communication or transparency. Expectations for your role can change without clear communication.
