Pay not as competitive for long term employees

Absolutely hideous leadership structure, particularly in Bank Operations where the leadership from the top down is so toxic that they seem to almost enjoy making staff miserable by working them half to death, providing no support or investments in efficiency, and then telling you that you don’t work hard enough or see the big picture. It’s a game to them and the staff is afraid to say too much because if the team gets low engagement scores, they blame the team leaders who actually care about you. Best to just leave.
