      Pros

      Guys I work with are cool.

      Cons

      Where to start. Pay for performance but discretionary bonuses are laughable. Hard time attracting outside talent. Disjointed management system. Too many titles and layers of bosses. Bad messaging. Record earnings followed by miniscule bonuses. Training is weak. Bad communication among departments. Too many long term employees. Guys well past retirement age just hanging around. Getting decisions made takes forever. They kick the can a lot.

      6000 employees and still feels like family! Strong commitment to the community, clients, and employees. Great career growth for leaders with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
