Pros
Some people trying really hard to do the right things specific to/for the clients they serve. There are still some very smart resources there.
Cons
Upper management does not seem to have an understanding of how to position and sell SF services. Simply want to place people in backfill or staff aug situations. Very little business strategy focus on approach (other than to say "we do that too"). Difficult for them to differentiate themselves from other SIs other than pricing. Have become a pure body shop similar to their managed IT services. They are simply incapable of being a strategic partner for their clients.
