      Pros

      Good Brand to work for. Many projects under its belt and surely would never be short of projects. Spread across in a good landscape of opportunities across the globe.

      Cons

      comparatively worst salary and hikes. Specially for the lower management and engineers. High level management enjoys the game in this regard. Growth would be possible only by ur rapo and not talent or hardwork Regular politics like any other company. Never transparent and honest in terms of employee benefits Inspite a long history of low employee satisfaction.. no efforts to improve the same

      Pros

      Fantastic opportunities within the company. Very flexible in terms of moving employees around. Fair employee policies. Senior management very competent. Really open culture in some divisions (eg TIS). No instance of misconduct/lack of integrity tolerated. Shapes you into a responsible professional.

      Cons

      Appraisal system flawed. Progress dependent on your contacts. Some divisions are not open to employee suggestions. Too big to get noticed. Everyone is dispensible - this is the attitude shown by managers.
