1. Flexible timings 2. Great campus 3. I was lucky to have worked in some very good projects. 3. If you persevere, onsite opportunities n progressions will definitely happen. 4. Some great friendships have formed here. 4. Benefits 5. Late night transport is very efficient.

Cons

1. Hikes are negligible. 2. UCF assessments in domains you haven't worked in. 3. Transport dept is very fussy if you ask for a new stop to be created.

No work life balance... 12 hours of everyday work...salary is peanuts... tend to get frustrated with the management and HR
