Excellent training programs Good exposure to different domains Work enviornment is ok.

Cons

Low salary. Lots of people in free pool without any project for years. Loyality to the company has no value. People with less experience and skills coming from other companies are paid well whereas people who are working in wipro for years are paid very less.

Not so good salary packages, expect to get paid considerably less salary Poor salary hikes, and it is linked to so many parameters one of which is clearing 'enterprise exams' also called as UCF No promotion or career road map whatsoever Highly political (as in Bell Curve normalization) Non existent process to report concerns on immediate manager Sexual Harassment is highly prevalent and unnoticed Most managers consider themsleves God as in most other IT companies Customers always look down to you as a contractor from an outsourcing company, it can never dream to compete with Accentures and IBMs of the world!!
