Product made great strides a few years ago in stability, quality and features but very high staff loss since acquisition has resulted in a dangerous loss of knowledge in the company.
Cons
Sales can not sell. Simple as that. Enterprise sales has sold nothing for years. Past CEO had no vision and did not hold sales accountable. Morale since acquisition has taken a steep dive.
Lack of support to sales people in the field, had to remind ops and engineering constantly to take care of requests. Company not doing so well financially
