Make a lot of money. If you’re with the company over 5 years. 1 extra day off a month. If you’re 10 years + you get 2 extra days off monthly. 401k.

Cons

A lot of hours (60+ hours weekly, 6 days. 10-7 pm. Store opens every day) a lot of calls and Sunday meetings
