Pros

Potential for high commissions is there depending on location and time of year

Cons

Foot traffic and location are directly connected to earning potential. If you are at a low traffic location, they will expect you to cold call businesses or scour the neighborhood on foot. I was encouraged to cram device insurance without account owners consent. Commission goals were all or nothing, hit the goal and get paid or miss the goal and get nothing.

Pros

Great opportunity to make money. Iv worked in both Deptford and Sewell NJ. If your sales minded and have the right attitude there is great potential. Our best rep is doing 50k. We have benefits covered 60%. Like any job the harder you push the better you do and if you do it the right way, you develop lifetime customers.

Cons

Some stores don't have as much foot traffic so developing personal relationships as well as a good following. HATE the 12-9PM Schedule.

Independently franchised locations. Work directly with owner, most of the times. Locally minded.

Cons

Room for growth is limited to the owners of the store. i.e. how many locations they own/operate.
