Owners are greedy and turnover is high. You may not be paid on time or may have to consistently follow up to make sure you are paid. There is no marketing being done at the individual locations so reps have to do it individually. 0 effort put into training and development. Limited Upward mobility, meaning once you become a manager that is it.
