      Pros

      Great commission structure. Wireless Zone's are all independently owned, which will vary the experience from store to store. Great step up from your traditional retail jobs.

      Cons

      Most stores are commission only, it is kind of a sink or swim environment. This can lead to some employees taking advantage of customers. Hopefully you find a good store with a good owner and employees.

      work with great people. hours are ok. pay can be good depending on traffic and attitude.

      Cons

      Micro-managing upper managers. Constantly trying to make changes to a store and how its run based on zero information on how the store traffic is or rapport. pay depending on traffic.
