      Customer Service, Great people, Evolving. Great Company. The people that work there are great and make working with difficult customer worth it.

      Cons

      Commission, Customer service, Schedule. Need to improve commision structure. Some customers you just can't help and that can be extremely frusterateing

      -Broad managerial experience -Good experience for future positions -Owners and managers are good people -Ability to develop many professional relationships -Open up more opportunities

      -Poor training program -All responsibilities including hiring, discipline, training, sales goals, coaching, marketing lie within on position. -Held hostage by franchise agreement. -Pay scale on the lower end for sales management/leadership role. -Chargeback structure can be demoralizing. -No health insurance, or retirement plans
