There is an extremely grueling metrics system of performance that is extremely difficult to achieve. You are reviewed on speed, quality of work, and timeliness. You will have an extremely aggressive learning curve and many people cannot achieve the desired performance leaves even if you put every bit of your heart and soul into the job. I did find my supervisors to be kind and helpful, which was a definite positive. I will tell you this can be a good place to work, but be aware, the performance standards demanded of you are very difficult and in the end you may not meet their standards, even if you try.
