Raises don’t happen much working for the state. There’s only room to move up when people retire.

Vacation. PTO. Sick pay. About it. The people are nice.

Cons

Expectations ridiculous. Told 21 days for a case is really 5 days average. Training is poor. Too many meetings to micromanage you. Not enough time to learn. They push the numbers. But want accuracy.

Vacation time, but you need it for all the mental health days you need to take, but you stress about taking any time off because your stuck with late cases.

Cons

Everything but their vacation time. Seriously do not even think about working here unless you want to be under so much stress you get physically sick.
