Flexible time off, can earn paid time off even for part time

Cons

Lots of higher ups handle children in their care so questionably on the lines of being illegal, expected to do more than you’re paid for, not a lot of current support from BCBAs, no room for growth although they say there is

Burnout is very real and there was no guidance on how to deal with that
