I was able to be independent and they really worked with your schedule during college.

Cons

They do not pay very well. I had to drive a lot to different homes and parents can cancel last minute so you are never guarenteed hours.

I love being in the clients' homes and doing ABA therapy with them. It's so exciting to see a kiddo learn something new.

Cons

The hours aren't a typical 9-5 because some kiddos start therapy earlier than this and some go later than this.
