Team Lead was flexible with everyone's schedules, get to be out in the field, paid to play with kids, great opportunity for experience in the mental health field

Cons

Some kiddos lived in diverse communities, some children became physically aggressive towards team members, no reimbursement for reinforcement toys bought at employees expense, enrollee's parent/guardian used services as a babysitter not a service provider.
