Pros

You get paid for your travel. The hours you work are flexible and it's easy to have a second part time job even if you are full time. It is also the most rewarding job I've ever had!

Cons

It doesn't pay as well as similar companies and you can't do ABA based therapy simultaneously with another company if you are employed here.
