Lot's of opportunity for growth, relatively modern but has become more cooperate-like in the last few years, very open to new ideas, and lots of PTO.

Cons

Drama which is normal in companies like this, salary is relatively stagnant unless you find a way to get close with your leads that will stay on top of your salary review, heavily data-driven so productivity is viewed more important than quality, and constantly changes.
