Pros

Nice equipped office, good company events.

Cons

Toxic management, you say one thing and they will find a way to terminate your contract. They say a lot about how they care for their employees and speak to ‘hr’ or ‘ER’ but that’s bs to make them look good. They only work to save the management and you’re just a tool. If it’s not you it’s someone else. I had a toxic lead who tried to ensure i don’t go anywhere and got me terminated. So i guess you shut up and work never raise a concern about something being unjust with you. Senior leads protect leads and so on you’re just garbage to them. Metrics are insane. You hit all your targets except for one ( i was 70% on QA instead of 80% but 100% on every other, was terminated). No notice period no extension no word for improvement because Lead hated the sight of me. I hope karma gets whoever does unjust to people, i’m certain of it.

Pros

-Lovely office -People next to you are generally helpful and smart -Decent work life balance -Salary is better than the local compeditors

Cons

-Any ideas for improvements get shot down by team leads or then resented by them with 0 credit to the original individual. -Decision making organs have no clue what the day to day of CS, KYC, Business teams and other similar teams looks like and pile on more and more micro tasks. - Constant decisions that are there to counteract previous decisions that didn't workout as well as hoped. -Pretends to be a start but but is an extremely efficient corporate machine built on the tenacity of older employees who are used until numb and just don't care anymore at which point their work goes under a microscope and will actively be taken apart for an excuse to be fired with no severance package. -Any issues presented from the agents side get rejected publicly due to "No data on this matter". -Outstanding work is expected and any time you go over the expectations it is not marked or rewarded in any shape or form. However the Team leads get nice recognition and sometimes even bonuses. - Active discouragement for direct interdepartmental communication and any attempts are frowned upon. Constant reminders to go through the Hierarchy for the simplest of questions no matter the urgency. -Visibly fragile ego of the middle to upper management where anytime their requests are criticized you see no hope for development for the next 2 years. -Teams have developed their own internally shared google documents for tools and advice, but the actual team responsible for the same tools and information pretends to not see it and just keeps making irrelevant changes and updates to processes. -Management invites for Compassion and logical thinking while working on issues but anytime it is done, the agents get actively punished in the form of PIPs. - Expectations, Work ethics and Requirements for different but intertwined departments are kept separate intentionally leading to confusion, unclear goals and negative feedback loops -You will learn to be fluent in corporate bootlicking. -There is a system set up so that any feedback can be traced and nothing is ever anonymous. -Reports to HR either anonymous or not lead to no results or any updates or changes. No matter the severity of the report. -Toxic feedback culture where mistakes get multi page painstakingly detailed reports that are shared with your team leads and their team leads. while good work gets rewarded with :Like Emoji: -Team leads are not paid enough to actually care and are actively discouraged form taking their teams side in discussions . -Fastest way to develop is to push others down to reach higher. -Rule for thee, but not for me with anyone higher than you. -CEO has most likely NO idea what the office employees do.
