Pros

- Everybody is really open for new technologies. - 90% of the people are very helpful. - If you are in team where your growth is prioritized, then you can develop very intersting things and you'll have a good lead who will take care of your career path. - This a is take it or not, but being engineer means you are a product engineer here. You'll able to speak up about if that feature should be implemented or not, why, what's the impact of it and not just getting a task assigned and implement kind of job. (Side note we have product managers as well).

Cons

Most of the cons are coming from the pros: - If you don't have a good lead who either has a good engineer knowledge or manging people skill or both, then being in that will suck. Because eventually you won't be able to get a promotion and it's expected to be able to grow in a timely manner and at some point get promotion to a higher level and so on. - Being a product engineer sometimes overwhelming, becuase you know every bits of that project. Therefore sometimes it's just too much, specially if the team you are in doesn't have too many people but your team owning big services and you'll have to work alone on those projectes as the capacity is not enough.

Pros

Flexibility and perks: Sabbatical after 4 years, 3 months remove every year, annual travels for conference, heath insurance. Overall good community and cultural fit.

Cons

Lower pay compensation. Size of company doesn't allow as much carrier growth as it did in the past.

Pros

-Some really smart and nice colleagues -Company Updates

Cons

- Very layered management hierarchy which does not provide opportunities to grow within your team as it hinders promotion - Leads takes all the limelight for staff's achievements - Controlling nature of lead obscures positive side or experience - Leads are not technically smart and get promoted for bootlicking - Constant groupism and bullying by Estonian leads and colleagues - No upward feedback opportunity. Leniency by management towards leads no matter the mental harassment or ordeals faced by staff on constant basis - Constant confusion over priority of projects - Employees not motivated
