      Great company that’s moving in the wrong direction

      Benefits, people, and time off

      Cons

      They used to care about the people that worked at Wise, but with the new management, especially on the CS, people, and engineering teams they are failing to remember that their employees are the ones who got them here and treating them like chess pieces as opposed to human beings will be their downfall.

      Training doesn’t prepare you for job

      They offer good benefits and attempt to offer culture

      Cons

      Pretty much set up to fail here, training is very different from actual job. They have unrealistic metrics, are sneaky, information is constantly changing, you have to access hundreds of websites to find an answer to an issue that “might” still be correct. They’ll doc you if you happen to miss an update out of the million. Was just really really stressful all around.
