Pros

Nice office in Austin, TX and Singapore.

Cons

Revealing a disability will get you no meaningful accommodations and placed under hyper-scrutiny with weekly feedback on all of your errors until they can get rid of you. The company is best for neurotypical people. They will fire you for “violation of relocation policy” even if you relocated yourself but didn’t bring your family. This happened to me. I was under such stress do to my performance plan that my health declined and I began to lose function in my right hand due to a pinched nerve in my neck. They did not care.

Pros

Great additional benefits (Me days), cool co-workers, team events. Ability to move into new teams seems to be easy or difficult depending on your original team and performance.

Cons

Training is rushed and complicated, more supported is needed before taking solo live calls and the tools can be difficult to use. Also given a probationary period and if you do not improve it can be extended, but if not you are terminated. This wasn't disclosed to me during the interview. I think this is only for CS as far I know. To learn their processes with random changes at any time is a very steep learning curve. I can't select the stars but I give them a 2 out of 5.
