      Pros

      Really good job for people that are trying to learn about banking and currency exchange. The job itself is pretty straightforward and requires you to answer emails, calls, and chats.

      Cons

      Pressure on contacts per hour and required one day on a Saturday or Sunday a month.

      - stock in the company - Reviews every 6 months - opportunity to move within the company - Travel opportunity - Full benefits - PTO - Sick time - Bereavement - They stick to their core values - They care about your mental health as well as making sure that their employees are taken care of - No micromanaging

      Cons

      - You can only work remote out of state for 3 months - Communication can be hard when their are offices all over the world that you are working with. So be prepared for langue and time barriers. - If you can not work independently you will not do well here

      Growing company with lots of opportunities for advancement in the career. Employees are friendly and helpful. We really work as a team! Great feedback culture. Compatible salary for the position. Benefits are amazing!

      Cons

      Working hours are not that good. There are lots of night shifts and weekends.
