      Working as a community manager at Wise was incredibly rewarding. I had the opportunity to build and foster a strong, engaged community around a brand that truly values transparency and inclusivity. Additionally, the fast-paced, innovative environment at Wise challenged me to continuously refine my approach to community engagement, learning the importance of responsiveness, empathy, and adaptability

      The fast-paced environment and high volume of inquiries sometimes made it difficult to provide the in-depth, personalized responses I wanted to give to every community member.Lastly, due to the constant nature of community management, achieving a good work-life balance could be tricky
