Pros

Competitive pay for where the job is located, collaborative culture, team comes from various professional backgrounds and is eager to help each other learn using their diverse individual experiences. Great role to learn more about FinCrime and the Fintech industry. Independent work where you’re trusted to use your own intuition and judgement. Opportunities to provide feedback as well as receive.

Cons

Lots of responsibilities within a role that seem to keep expanding, and it is currently up in the air if the salary will expand with it. Like many FinCrime jobs, policies, procedures and expectations are a revolving door and can be difficult to keep up with at times. Although feedback is received, the turn around time on seeing results from that feedback is very slow.

Pros

I've been here for less than a year and so far I would say that I really like it here so far Here're a lot of career opportunities and even if you feel like you're overqualified for your current position, you will definitely have a chance to grow and find a more suitable one Amazing huge office in Tallinn with a lot of benefits like gym, sauna, fresh vegetables, fruits, snacks, drinks etc. Flexible work-from-home opportunities Nice and helpful people A lot of projects, where you can participate to expand your resume Internal clubs, where you can learn new skills and network if you want to Very strict policies against bullying and harassment A lot of opportunities to voice and implement your ideas

Cons

Work can be very stressful and draining sometimes, especially in customer-facing positions Career growth is limited by the one-year wait to switch departments and the six-month wait to apply for internal promotions Your work experience is highly dependent on your Team Lead. You'll get amazing support with a good one, but if not, be prepared to lean on your colleagues
