      Pros

      - smart, kind people with a good sense of humor - very nice work environment, amenities, benefits - freedom to travel to the different offices - a company with a legitimately good mission/cause - the job is what you make of it, it's not prescribed/rigid

      Cons

      - not for people who are thin-skinned (you'll get lots of feedback [opinions] on your work - not for people who need a lot of structure to be productive

      Pros

      It's a great company. The company retains a startup feel with a real focus on letting people enjoy what they do. There is a real sense that we are part of something special, something different. It's unlike anything I've experience at bigger companies and the fact that it's established means you get a startup feel with a real ability to execute.

      Cons

      It's demanding. Don't bother applying if you aren't passionate about what you do. There's not always a clear direction and it's up to you to understand strategy and get there.

      Good PTO, and friendly Wisers.

      Cons

      Management is totally micromanagement, and the People team does not advocate for employees; they appear present only in name. If I were in Kristo’s position, I would conduct a thorough top-to-bottom review of the entire HR department of U.S., and replace all of them. If over 70% of the Austin team would never recommend this workplace, it is a significant warning sign that needs to be addressed.
