Pros
You'll have plenty of opportunities to learn from very smart and talented colleagues. Office is situated in a good location, with standing desks and a very comfortable vibe. This makes it a whole lot easier to work in. A lot of perks and benefits while working in Singapore office, i.e. team lunches and Friday drinks. Compensation is above average and you work with one of the smartest people you'll ever meet. Opportunity to travel to Europe at least once a year on an all-hands company event.
Cons
As a newbie, you'll be thrown to the wolves (so to speak) with little documentation to help you out. A lot of noise is happening in Slack which sometimes hamper productivity. As everyone is expected to be part of the whole 'revolution', I feel that certain things lack focus. Sometimes, it's always the person with the largest voice that is heard. It's a bit tricky to work here for introverts. Have to learn to speak your mind and be counted.
