A mission driven organisation

Pros

Working on a real consumer problem with a bunch of smart and motivated people. There is a flat organisational structure where people are empowered to figure things out for themselves rather than being told what to do. Flexible hours and a relaxed environment allow you to be yourself.

Cons

Some teams work across offices which can be challenging for collaboration. Salaries are higher at other companies.

Pros

Really good company - takes care of you. The fully paid health days, flexible working hours, understanding and human approach to personal and work-related development. Fun activities in the form of the company Days (Summer and Winter Days) - basically a fully paid vacation in beautiful Estonia. Young and dynamic team, perky and not too geeky, despite being a technology firm. Personal development within the company encouraged and your participation in improvements is not only encouraged but even expected. Oh, NO DRAMA GOOD KARMA, one of our basic values is very much kept. Also, you can always pretty much freely choose, what side project you want to work on, and you're given free hands and even help, if you are working towards helping the customer.

Cons

We have grown very fast and some growing pains, like not always having the most appropriate people in place and sometimes miscommunication of some stuff, are in place. We are starting to lose some of the start-up culture we had back then and sometimes you can (sadly) feel the gap between the old-timers and newbies. Also, some job definitions or positions are not clearly defined, leaving room for uncertainty in terms of responsibilities, rights, and how much they could/should earn.
