      Pros

      Challenging, never boring job. Young energetic environment. Willing to improve all the time (customer's world and also the employee's world). Trust and flexibility.

      Cons

      "Chaotic" decisions that sometimes lead to a mess up (hard for CS and CST to deal with the impact and long time to fix the issues can lead to frustration from CS and losing the CSTs)

      Pros

      Is a start-up growing really fats with already almost 500 employees, but everyone still is considered an individual by other colleagues and founders. You learn new things every single day, contribute to make the world a little bit more fair in terms of people moving their money and have lots of fun while working!

      Cons

      Your personality should be ready for innovation and getting things done. Roles are not always 100% defined, since necessities are not 100% identified yet.

      Pros

      It's a great company. The company retains a startup feel with a real focus on letting people enjoy what they do. There is a real sense that we are part of something special, something different. It's unlike anything I've experience at bigger companies and the fact that it's established means you get a startup feel with a real ability to execute.

      Cons

      It's demanding. Don't bother applying if you aren't passionate about what you do. There's not always a clear direction and it's up to you to understand strategy and get there.
