Pros

Paid Time Off, Free office Snacks

Cons

Low Salary for work expectations Management is not transparent No room for growth Daily Production goal is very demanding your quality of work has to 92% or better or come your 6-month side by side with your manager you will be put on work probation if you don't increase production speed with accuracy you or will get fired. Long hiring process, you are given a test on skills before interview. You are given an "accreditation test" during probation period, you're given 3 attempts to pass with a 92% or higher if you don't pass you will get fired/let go from the position. BEWARE this will not be discussed during interview process or offer letter. This will be disclosed once you are in office and in training for your role. If you live out of area you are asked to relocate permanently to Austin Texas without any moving expenses covered and are given 30 days to do so. ALSO beware "Hybrid" means you can work remote 30-40% of the time ONLY in the state of Texas. The training is a mess and not well established. You do not have a voice here. Management is not open to your suggestions or professional experience you bring. The policy and procedures for your job functions change daily. So you never know if you are doing your job correctly. You have to search multiple slack channels for procedure and policy updates.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. You raised a number of concerns which we do hope you were able to discuss before you left. Our goal is to help our customers as quickly as possible when they need assistance and setting KPIs helps ensure we’re able to meet this goal and identify gaps where we may need to invest in the future. Implementing KPIs aims to provide clear expectations and support, helping team members align their efforts with our overall goals. We believe that a well-structured performance management framework not only aids individual growth but also enhances teamwork and collaboration. These KPIs are designed to not be burdensome but to guide and support, paving the way for personal development and improved outcomes. We believe that in-office collaboration is key to building successful teams and fostering a culture and environment for people to collaborate and do their best work. That’s why we expect employees in Austin to live within a commutable distance and come to the office regularly - at least 12 times a month on average.
