* Generous vacation policy and exceptional work-life balance — life is genuinely prioritized. * Respectful, kind, and supportive colleagues across the board. * Inspiring mission and strong people culture rooted in empathy and autonomy. * Teams have high autonomy and flexibility in how they operate.

Cons

* Lack of technical challenge; most teams focus on maintenance rather than innovation. * Passionate engineers may feel burnt out due to low motivation levels around them. * Career growth and technical development are often deprioritized. * Long-tenured engineers often hold disproportionate influence despite limited technical strength. * Middle management has become more controlling over time, with increasing micromanagement.
