Pros

. Lots of interesting and high value cases. Hard working paralegals and assistants.

Cons

Toxic leadership who doesn’t seem to have any idea how to efficiently run a PI firm. Top leadership blames others for their own failures. Bullying and retaliation are common place. Disciplinary action is taken based on politics not performance. Turnover is extremely high. Many attorneys leave within 6 to 9 months. Policies change without warning and are invented on the fly. This type of work environment takes a toll on your health and physical well being.
