They'll get you a good opportunity with the government and that's what they're banking on. I'm serious, take the job, get the experience and move on. Treat them as NOTHING more than a stepping stone and don't get your hopes up like I did and you'll honestly be better off in the long run.

Cons

They'll lie to you every which way to get you fulfill their every need. Raises? They'll promise you, make you fight for it, then give you 15 cents and thank you for your hard work lol.

The CEO truly cares about each individual, welcomes creativity, and leads by example. He steps in anytime there is a concern from the customer or employee. You feel like somebody at the top level care about you working for this organization

Cons

Nothing much, but reducing benefit cost might be something they need to work with their benefit administrator
