The PTO accrues every pay period.

Cons

The work environment is toxic on the contract that I am working on (DOE). The amount of work that you are expected to complete is overwhelming. The turn over rate is high. Not many people stay over a year.

Cons

They are unorganized and lost the company contract. They told me the contract would last for a year but it was over a few months after I was hired.
