Pros

The company has seen steady growth over past few years. Management changes due to retirement have been well communicated. Overall good place to work if you dont mind high productivity. Pay is competitive and steady increases each year. Benefits are good overall.

Cons

Less than ideal training classes for techs. Not enough hands on troubleshooting during training. Low 401k match of one percent, that is only done once per year. Tech vehicles are cheap and small vans which are not ideal for 25 to 30k miles travel each year. Lots of Admin staff that do nothing productive.

Wittenbach continues to think of their customers first which allows them to continually win contracts and the best talent in the industry.

Cons

Growth can be a difficult thing to scale, and Wittenbach is doing their best to keep up with the demand.
