I enjoy working at Wittenbach Business Systems because of the culture. Roger Wittenbach, the Founder of Wittenbach, has instilled a "Customer First" culture that emphasizes exceeding the customers' expectations. The "family" environment has created a positive work experience and customers can see the positive results. This culture has led to continued company growth since I have been there. I enjoy a good relationship with the support staff and they are always available to support me in assisting my customers.

I enjoyed the people I worked with during my time as a full time employee at WBS (2 + years). I thought the work environment was enjoyable and I felt my work was appreciated at WBS. My position at WBS was a unique position in that I wasn't directly customer facing but from my interactions with all of the departments I felt most felt the same way as I did. I felt that I had the autonomy I wanted/needed to do my job well without feeling pressure or without feeling micromanaged. I would have no reservation recommending working at WBS
