Thank you for your review and for sharing your experience at Wittenbach Business Systems. We are incredibly proud to hear your assessment of our leadership. Knowing that our CEO's commitment to being thoughtful, caring, and transparent resonates with the team is a true measure of our success. We believe that clarity about our mission and what it takes to succeed is essential, and we're glad you feel that direction is clear. We also want to directly acknowledge your feedback regarding our systems and applications. You are absolutely correct—being a 50-year-old company is a testament to our stability and customer trust, but it can also mean we are supporting technology and software applications that are legacy. We recognize the friction and inefficiency this can create for our teams. We want you to know that modernizing our technology stack is a primary strategic focus for the company leadership right now. We are actively investing in new tools, applications, and integration strategies to replace these older systems, ensuring our internal processes are as efficient and modern as the cutting-edge solutions we provide to our customers. Thank you for pointing out this critical area. We are committed to evolving our internal infrastructure to support our next 50 years of success.

Thank you for your candid and direct feedback. We recognize that this review points to serious issues regarding the support and resources provided to our field teams, and we take your concerns regarding training, compensation, and customer equipment quality extremely seriously. It is unacceptable if any technician feels unprepared or that the customer equipment they are servicing is not up to our highest standards. The quality of our service and the expertise of our technicians are non-negotiable pillars of our business. 1. Training and Development: We are constantly reviewing and assessing our current field technician training modules. Our goal is to ensure that all training is not only comprehensive but directly relevant to real-world deployment and troubleshooting on all equipment types, new and legacy. We are also committed to implementing a new feedback loop where field technicians can directly rate and influence the quality of training materials. 2. Equipment and Workload: We have focused internal audits of our parts sourcing and inventory management systems to ensure our technicians are always equipped with the correct, quality components, eliminating the need for "pieced together" solutions. Furthermore, we are analyzing workload distribution to address any instances of overworking our valuable team members. 3. Compensation and Value: We recognize that fair compensation is tied directly to feeling valued. We are currently benchmarking our Field Service Technician wages and benefits against industry standards to ensure we are competitive and reflecting the true value our skilled technicians bring to our customers every single day. While we are disappointed to hear that you could not identify a single positive aspect of working at Wittenbach, we appreciate this feedback as a clear signal of where we must focus our immediate efforts. We are committed to making the necessary changes to ensure that our internal operations—from training to parts and pay—match the high level of customer service our teams deliver.
