Such a great organization with a mission to do great in the world. The purpose is clear and passion is tangible! Transparent, kind, and very intelligent coworkers!

Cons

Can sometimes get caught up in talking through decisions for too long and not act as quickly.

The teams I work with are awesome, and the job comes with a lot of flexibility and work life balance. Plus the mission is an easy one to get behind.

Great benefits, stock options, and "open PTO."

Cons

This is a company that is trying to grow at a fast pace. Your job title may only be what you do 40% of your time because growing the sales pipeline is most important to them. If you a person that thrives in little structure and organization, this company would be for you. As a person that needs good structure and communication, it was not for me.
