"Job Security is a Myth"

WFH, cool product, some nice people

Cons

run by an out of touch boomer who started laying off key performers. When questioned about how he could guarantee job safety for other top performers in the company, were told verbatim that "job security is a myth". Meanwhile, those laid off were replaced with cheaper labor in India.

If you see something that isn't working, and say something about it, they will shut you out. Upper management does not take suggestions/ideas/constructive criticism. They will also tell you, as a woman, you need to watch how to say things to men in leadership. It's blatantly sexist here, avoid at all costs.

-Unlimited PTO, when you have time to take it off

Cons

-Salary & Benefits -Product is outdated and terrible to work with -Lack of team communication between different departments -Workload is heavy, and you will burn out fast -Management does not care about employees retention -high turnover rate for the reasons above
