Amazing product, nice people working to truly improve the health of others, good benefits and salary

Cons

Shifting focus and priorities. In later years, no more in-person meetings and planning. All virtual.

Pros

Woebot has a good mission, and the day to day interactions with people were friendly and nice

Cons

No company culture, executive leadership doesn’t have direction and doesn’t speak to the small people, a lot of focus on DEI initiatives while simultaneously cutting headcount on the product

Pros

The company was great but made the mistake of turning App Store users away. Otherwise, there were many nice people, just not enough business acumen from leadership.

Cons

Company did not get commercial traction. Has done three layoffs and will be winding down operations soon. Sad to see the company fail.
