By far one of the best places I've every worked
Pros
- Getting to work with people and teams that are all brilliant in their own ways - $1,500 personal development stipend! I've been here less than a year and have already used this to buy courses and attend Bay Area conferences like Afro Tech - Our leadership is humble. They can admit when they're wrong or when they genuinely don't have some of the answers. - My teammates have my back. - One of our engineers leads a weekly meditation circle - Flexible PTO and weekly lunches :)
Cons
- The one Con is that because of our size some times things can get hectic and ambiguous. But personally, I thrive and grow in this environment. - As I'm writing this we're around 20+ people. So we're still figuring things out as we grow. If you want to work somewhere where your leaders have all the answers figured out already, then Woebot might not be for you. - The ambiguity and sometimes lack of clear direction can be stressful. But who said positively disrupting mental healthcare would be easy? - Long story short: projects, timelines and even strategy can be a bit unclear at times.
