-Terrible and I repeat TERRIBLE culture, employees from other departments are scared to walk through the sales floor due to the judgment and egos that sit up there -Absolutely no training which leads to high turnover -Work-life balance is nonexistent; you're expected to be “always on.” -Uncompetitive salary -Unheard of hours, 12 hour days are expected! -Extremely unorganized depending what team your on
