Very smart, quality people. Management tries hard to listen and respect its employees. Firm is winning and taking a lot of market share in a difficult market for cash equities.

Cons

Growing very fast which can cause stresses on people, office space, systems. Not for those who don't love work or who like to be lone stars and not part of a team.

Involved with meetings with senior executives with publicly traded companies and senior investors from top hedge funds/asset managers. Ability to build a network of top analysts, investors and executives. Great place to develop an in depth sector based knowledge. Growing firm that acknowledges hard work/skill, without office politics. CEO of the company even helps with the dishes/cleanliness of the office. Everyone is expected to help out evenly

A lot of hours, really need to be excited about the material/industry to remain motivated
