The company is growing , so you always have something to do

Cons

The company is growing, but the workforce and infrastructure are not growing at the same pace. As a result, everyone and everything is dealing with a lot of pressure. Sadly, the management doesn't seem too eager to hire more skilled workforce or boost up the infrastructure

Very smart, quality people. Management tries hard to listen and respect its employees. Firm is winning and taking a lot of market share in a difficult market for cash equities.

Cons

Growing very fast which can cause stresses on people, office space, systems. Not for those who don't love work or who like to be lone stars and not part of a team.
